Privacy Policy
Smart Workdays is designed to help you plan your day without turning your work into someone else's data. The app does not require an account and does not send your planner content to us.

The short version
Your tasks, daily plans, focus sessions, and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share this information. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking.
Information stored by the app
The app stores the information you choose to enter or create, including:
- Task titles, notes, due dates, priorities, time estimates, and energy levels
- Generated daily plans, ordering, completion state, and plan preferences
- Focus-session timing, pause state, completion state, and distraction counts
- Local settings used to remember your preferred planning capacity and energy
This information remains in the app's private storage on your device.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, diagnostics, precise location, contacts, calendar information, or advertising data. Smart Workdays does not currently use user accounts or cloud synchronization.
Sharing and third parties
We do not share app data with third parties. The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or external AI services. If your device backups include app data, those backups are managed by Apple under your Apple and iCloud settings.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit, complete, or remove work inside the app. You can remove all locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. Because we do not receive your planner data, we cannot view, export, or delete it on your behalf.
Children’s privacy
Smart Workdays is a general productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children—or from anyone else—through the app.
Changes to this policy
If the app later adds accounts, cloud sync, integrations, analytics, or another use of data, this policy will be updated before those features are released. The effective date above will show when the policy last changed.
